Each year, Noemi’s Wish brings women together for meaningful conversation, creative expression, and reflection. What began as an intimate gathering has grown into a space where women are encouraged to pause, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with clarity and confidence. At its heart, Noemi’s Wish exists to remind women that growth is lifelong and that community makes the journey richer.

Meet our Founder
Jessica Vides-Hernandez
Jessica Vides Hernandez is a women’s empowerment facilitator committed to helping women reconnect with their purpose, strengthen their confidence, and build authentic relationships. With a background in community development and coaching, she creates spaces where women feel seen, supported, and encouraged to step fully into who they are becoming.
Her work is rooted in deep listening, shared experience, and collaboration. Through workshops and gatherings, Jessica invites women to reflect on their strengths, navigate challenges with honesty, and connect with others walking similar paths.
Noemi’s Wish was founded in 2013 in honor of Jessica’s mother, Noemi, whose strength and spirit continue to inspire the work. What began as a tribute has evolved into a growing community centered on reflection, connection, and the belief that it is never too late to grow, rediscover joy, and live with intention.
In Honor of Noemi
Noemi Vides Peña

Noemi Vides Peña was many things: a devoted wife, a sister, a mother, and a cherished grandmother and great-grandmother. But above all, she was a woman whose spirit outpaced her era.
The inspiration for our mission began during a simple car ride home from a doctor’s visit. Reflecting on her journey, Noemi turned to her daughter, Jessica, and expressed a bittersweet wish: she wanted to be a “Woman of Today’s Time.” She dreamed of being young again, believing that in today’s world, she “could have accomplished so much more.”
Jessica knew her mother was overlooking the incredible legacy she had already built. To honor her, Jessica gathered the women and girls of the family to redefine what it truly means to thrive.
On March 10, 2013, four generations sat in a circle in a sunlit living room. They celebrated “What It Is to Be a Successful Woman,” reminding Noemi…and one another…that success isn’t a straight line or a corporate title. It is the sum of our experiences, our resilience, and the lives we touch.
That afternoon birthed a tradition. Every March, we continue to gather, discuss, and grow. We invite you to explore our journey of “Becoming a Successful Woman” and join us as we celebrate the power of every woman’s story.
Noemi’s Wish is a reminder that community matters, reflection is powerful, and growth does not have an expiration date.
